Why should you be selected for The Offering?

By submitting this registration form and participating in the "The Offering" television show (the "show"), you (the "Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. General Show Participation: The Participant agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by the Show hosts and management. The Show hosts reserve the right to remove any Participant from the Show at any time, for any reason, at their sole discretion. The Participant understands that this is a faith-based Show focused on testimonies and talents and agrees to maintain a respectful and uplifting demeanor towards all hosts, volunteers, and fellow participants. 2. Filming, Recording, and Media Release: The Participant acknowledges that the Show will be professionally filmed, recorded, and photographed. By participating, the Participant grants to the Show hosts, their affiliates, and partners, a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, image, voice, and likeness in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, but not limited to, video, audio, print, and digital formats) for promotional, commercial, and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of the Participant's name, image, and likeness on social media, websites, promotional materials, and in future television programming or other forms of media related to the Show. The Participant waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product and understands they will not receive any compensation for this use. 3. The Participant assumes all responsibility for the content of their testimonial and/or performance. 4. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability: The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their participation in the Show, including but not limited to, the risk of physical injury, emotional distress, and property damage. The Participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Show hosts, the venue owners, leadership, volunteers, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the Participant's involvement in the Show. 5. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. 6. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and the Show hosts concerning the subject matter herein. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties. By checking the box below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
